Intrising Unveils the Future of Industrial Networking

Introducing the T Series with TSN and HSR/PRP features

Taipei, Taiwan, October 1, 2025 - Intrising, a global leader in industrial networking solutions, is proud to announce the official market launch of its most advanced product lines to date, the T Series which is available in DIN-Rail (DTS) and Rackmount (RTS). This launch marks a pivotal moment in our technological roadmap, transitioning from the successful A & B series to a new era of deterministic, high-bandwidth, and zero-loss networking designed for the rigorous demands of Industry 4.0 and critical infrastructure.

As industrial automation evolves into hyper-connected smart manufacturing, the boundary between Information Technology (IT) and Operational Technology (OT) continues to blur. The new T series are engineered to be the bridge in this convergence, offering a unified network infrastructure that supports both high-volume data and time-critical control streams without compromise.

  1. The Core Innovation: Time-Sensitive Networking (TSN)
At the heart of both the DTS and RTS series is fully integrated support for Time-Sensitive Networking (TSN) standards. Unlike traditional Ethernet, which operates on a "best-effort" basis, the DTS/RTS series guarantees deterministic performance.
  • IEEE 802.1Qbv (Time-Aware Shaper): This feature creates protected "time slots" for critical traffic, ensuring that high-priority control data is never delayed by low-priority traffic like video streams or file transfers.
  • IEEE 802.1AS (Time Synchronization): Built upon precision timing, our switches ensure that every device on the network is synchronized to within nanoseconds, a requirement for high-speed motion control and robotics.
  • IEEE 802.1Qbu (Frame Preemption): To further minimize latency, the DTS/RTS series can interrupt large, non-critical frames to let urgent data pass through immediately, maximizing network efficiency.
  1. Zero Downtime: HSR and PRP Redundancy
For industries where even a millisecond of downtime translates to significant financial loss or safety risks, such as electrical substations (IEC 61850) and railway signaling, standard redundancy protocols like RSTP are often too slow. The new T series introduces hardware-based High-availability Seamless Redundancy (HSR) and Parallel Redundancy Protocol (PRP) compliant with IEC 62439-3.
  • Zero Packet Loss: By duplicating packets and transmitting them over two independent paths simultaneously, the system ensures that if one path fails, the other delivers the data instantly with zero recovery time.
  • Seamless Integration: These protocols operate transparently to the connected devices, requiring no reconfiguration of end equipment.
  1. Next-Generation Hardware: 10G Core
Recognizing the exploding data requirements of modern applications from 4K video surveillance to massive IoT sensor aggregation, Intrising has significantly upgraded the hardware architecture for the 2025 lineup. T series features 10G SFP+ ports, allowing for massive throughput back to the control room or data center, eliminating bottlenecks in ring topologies.

  2. Security and Ruggedness for 2025
Security is no longer an afterthought. The T series comes fortified with advanced cybersecurity features aligned with IEC 62443 standards. This includes enhanced MAC security, multi-level user authentication (TACACS+/RADIUS), and Access Control Lists (ACLs) to prevent unauthorized access in vulnerable OT environments. Physically, the devices maintain Intrising’s legendary ruggedness. The DTS series features a compact, fanless DIN-Rail metal housing operational from -40°C to 75°C, while the RTS series offers a robust 19-inch rackmount design with redundant power supplies (AC/DC) for control room environments.

"The development of the T series is a direct response to the feedback from our partners in the power and automation sectors," says the Lead Product Manager at Intrising. "They asked for a switch that could handle the determinism of a fieldbus with the bandwidth of IT Ethernet. With the 2025 T series lineup, we have not only met that need, but also future-proofed their networks for the next decade." The T series are available for order starting October 2025.
